Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Punctuality Policy

 

All sessions begin exactly at the scheduled time. We will honor late arrivals, however, the session will still end as scheduled. Time lost due to late arrival will not be reimbursed or added to the end of the session.

 

Rescheduling & Credits

 

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us before the session's scheduled start time. You may select one complimentary reschedule date or receive a Your Essentials gift card for the full value of the original booking.

 

No-Show Policy

 

Any failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification (No Call, No Show) will result in the immediate forfeiture of the session and all fees paid. We are unable to offer refunds, reschedules, or credits for No Call, No Shows.

 

Refund Policy

 

Please note that all workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
